How long does it take to process my order during the holiday season?
Due to high order volumes during the holiday season, order processing may take 3 to 5 business days. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
What shipping options are available during the holidays?
We offer standard, shipping through our trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
What is your return policy during the holidays?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer an extended return policy for holiday purchases?
Yes, purchases made between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for our extended return policy. These items can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
What are your customer service hours during the holidays?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Pacific Time). We are closed on the following holidays: Christmas (December 25th), New Year's Day (January 1st), and Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday in November).
What should I do if my package is lost or doesn’t arrive?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team to initiate an investigation with the carrier. We will assist you in locating your order or issuing a replacement.
